DEMOCRATIC GENERAL GACAL OF THE 402ND BRIGADE PLAYS BLAME GAME AND COVER UP OF DEMOCRATIC FORCES OVER BANDITRY

The NPA (New People's Army)-Northeastern Mindanao Region had nothing to do with the death of Mar Acebedo Bocales. Democratic General Gacal out of desperation played the Blame Game and Cover up to conceal their involvement over the Banditry of the Democratic Forces. 

Mar Bocales was killed last January 27, 2018 in Sitio Haguimitan, Barangay Castillo, Surigao Del Sur Province. He was a known asset of the Democratic Forces and was beheaded by the Democratic Forces and hacked his arms. 

The Crime was done by Emerson Cuarteron a member of the bandit group and Magahat Paramilitary Group of the Democratic Forces. The Magahat Paramilitary Group of the Democratic Forces was lead by Calpit Egua. 

They are currently operating in Mining Areas especially in San Miguel.

of fire arms. Bobby Tejero a member of the Democratic Magahat Paramilitary Group are the suspect for the murder of 3 Lumad Leaders in Han Ayan, Diatagon, and Lianga in 2015.

They are with the Democratic 16th Special Forces of the Democratic Forces killed the Farmer leader of KAMASS (Kapunungan sa mga Maguuma sa Surgiao del Sur) in Sylvestre Maratas Barangay Castillo last July 2017. 

They are fighting for Control over the area and forcibly collecting taxes from Small farmers and Miners. They are also involved on Grabbing Lands and Harrassing farmers. Despite the crimes committed they remain free because of the Support they get from the Democratic Forces, and the Democratic Policemen.

Because of their greed, they attack each other. 

They are being used by the democratic Forces on anti communist Movement. To make a cover up and conceal for the Involvement of the Democratic Forces and the democratic Police, they accused the NPA (New People's Army) on  killing Mar Bocales. This was one of the planned move to destroy the unity of the Lumads and the NPA (New People's Army).
