PHILIPPINE DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT SIGNS CONTRACT WITH JICA OVER LRT AND MRT MANAGEMENT

The Philippine Democratic Government signs agreement Contract with JICA which is a Japanese Company to Manage and run the LRT  and MRT in NCR (National Capital Region). 

It was approved by the Democratic Department of Finance and with a fat money of 8 Billion Peso to JICA for the Operations and Management deal of JICA over MRT (Monorail Transit) and LRT (Light Rail Transit).
