DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENT DUTERTE SENDS DEMOCRATIC FOREIGN AFFAIRS SECRETARY TO BEIJING OVER TALKS WITH CHINESE GOVERNMENT

Democratic President Duterte sends Democratic Foreign Affairs Secretary Cayetano to Beijing to meet and greet with the Chinese Government. 

He was in Beijing for a Political Visit and a talk with CPC (Communist Party of China) if they are open with a joint Oil Exploration between the Philippine Democratic Government and Chinese Government in South China Sea (Which was a part of Chinese Waters). 

Chinese Government only said there is a possibility but there is no chance being approved because South China Sea is a part of China and the Chinese waters. He met with CPC (Communist Party of China) representative Comrade Wang Yi.
