JAPAN EXPRESSES PROTEST TO SOUTH KOREA OVER ISLAND  DISPUTE

Japan  had expressed its protest to  South Korea over disputes over the Island  which was owned  by South Korea. They expressed it through the Press Media in Japan. 

South Korea who really owned the Island and was only conquered by Japan in World War II and before World War II was finally taken back to South Korea. South Korea had established a Military base to guard the Island.
