NPA PUNISHES MINING COMPANY IN DAVAO ORIENTAL

NPA (New People's Army) punishes a Capitalist Mining Company in Davao Oriental for its violation against the Environment and the people around the Mining Area and Community nearby.

Comval Davao Subregional Command of the NPA (New People's Army) had raided RAM Aggregates Inc (Which is a Nickel Mining Company) in Barangay Puntalinao, Banay Banay Davao Oriental.

The NPA (New People's Army) had confiscated 1 Grrand Rifle with Snipe, 1 M79 Grenade Launcher, 2 Shotguns, 1 Caliber 45 Pistol, 1 .357 Pistol, Other Military Equipment and hundreds of rounds of Ammunitions. The Mining Company had been Causing environmental Degration and Natural Environment Conditions of Abuse.
