DEMOCRATIC LTO CHIEF REFUSES TO RESIGN FROM POST ASIDE FROM SCANDALS

Democratic LTO (Land Transportation Office) Chief Refuses to resign from his position and thus continuous to hang on to power despite the bad smell from the Scandals like the Car Plates. 

He is showing an Aristocratic Attitude where he would rather die in power than go down from position despite the shame he is recieving. Democratic LTO Chief Galvante is the person referring to.
