BALSEY AQUINO HUSBAND INVOLVED IN P8.7 BILLION RIGHT OF WAY SCANDAL

Balsey Aquino Husband is guilty and found involved in the P8.7 Billion Pesos Right of way scandal in General Santos City in Mindanao.

The Scandal Started during the Democratic Presidential Term of his brother in law Noynoy Aquino and he and his wife took advantage of the immunity and protection or cover up of the Democratic President kinship to scam P8.7 Billion on the right of way Scandal in General Santos.

This Includes Former Democratic DBM (Department of Budget and Management) Secretary Butch Abad. However millions of Filipinos Still believe nothing will happen in thier case with the type of Justice System the Philippines has.
