John Paul Solano and UST Dean of Law who is also wanted for other corruption cases in the Philippine Democratic Government plays with the Democratic law and using their position, influence, and Connection with corrupt Democratic Officials to escape justice. 

John Paul Solano bailed for his charges of Democratic Anti Hazing Law, and other charges as

murder. Which should be non bailable but through the help of Corrupt Democratic Officials who is also members of Fraternities. Divina is also one of those Democratic Officials who stole the filipino People's money.
