DEMOCRATIC SOLDIERS SHOOTS LUMAD STUDENT IN MINDANAO

Democratic Soldiers including a Democratic CAFGU intentionally shoots an Ethnic Group Student in Mindanao where it is the Nth case involving Democratic Soldiers killling Ethnic Groups as Symphatizers for the NPA (New People's Army). 

However only the Democratic CAFGU were pointed as responsible and they spared the rest of the Democratic Soldiers who is also had a direct involvement in the Shooting and killing of the young student who is also an Ethnic Group. 

The Name of the Student is Obillo Bay-Ao.
