CHINESE PLA 2ND AIRCRAFT CARRIER TO BE TESTED ON DECEMBER

Chinese PLA (People's Liberation Army) Command had held a press conference and stated that the 2nd Aircraft Carrier Shandong will be testing the waters on December of 2017.

After the Testing and it will be automatically commissioned into the PLA (People's Liberation Army) Navy. It is currently being installed with Red Flag-10 Missile Defense System by the PLA (Peoples Liberation Army) Engineering corps.
