US DEFENSE CHIEF VISITS VIETNAM FOR MILITARY AND POLITICAL VISIT

US Defense Madison was sent by Washington and Pentagon to Vietnam for a Military and Political Visit with the Communist Party of Vietnam and Military. 

One of the topics they talked are about a Visit of an Aircraft Carrier belonging to the US Navy to visit Vietnam next year, More sea cooperation between Vietnam and US, and strengthening Intelligence exchange between Vietnam and US.
