SEX MANIAC DEMOCRATIC POLICE CHIEF CHARGED FROM SEXUAL HARRASSMENT

Democratic PO1 Catherine MIllan had been sexually harrassed and abused by his superior democratic Officer in Catarman Samar. She filed charges against him. 

Democratic Senior Super Intendent Ceasar Tanagan is a known female sexual harrasser and abuser. He already had previous cases of sexual harrassment and abuse to other female Democratic Police Officer. 

However the Democratic Police IAS Plays blind, deaf, and mute thus still dismissed his case.

Now he does it again to a female democratic Police Officer which is also his secretary.  The Incident was reportedly took place between August 9 and August 10. The first incident of harrassment was in the van in Bobon Town where the Sex maniac Democratic Sr Superintendent Tanagan admitted that he had a likeness to her beauty. 

Millan was currently temporarily relieved from her position and the Sex Maniac Democratic Sr Superintendent Tanagan remains in his post despite all his foolishness.
