DEMOCRATIC BARANGAY CAPTAIN IN KORONADAL CITY ASSASSINATED BY COMMUNIST FACTION

A Democratic Barangay Captain was assassinated by the Communist Faction in Koronadal after being involved in numerous abuses to the ethnic groups and the communities. 

He had been harrassing the NPA (New People's Army) Symphatizers and including the Ethnic Groups in the Community. He had also been involved into various Corruption cases in his position as democratic Cabeza de Barangay.
