PLA ESTABLISHES FIRST OVERSEAS BASE IN AFRICA

PLA (People's Liberation Army) established a first Military Base in Africa where Liang Niang becomes the commander of the PLA (People's Liberation navy). It is composed of a huge percentage of PLA Navy. 

The Military Base was established and made by the PLA (People's Liberation Army) Navy, and Army for the guarding of the Maritime Silk Road from pirates and other naval attack.
