JOVIE ESPINIDO HITS ANOTHER FARMER IN OZAMIZ

Democratic Major Jovie Espinido was caight in video hitting another Farmer whom the Democratic Government had been oppressing and beating in Ozamiz City. 

A Video showing a clear face of Espinido hitting an innocent farmer before he killed 9 innocent farmers he and his men victimized in Ozamiz City. He even arrogantly said to the farmers "I am the law here!!!"

Espinido is one of the Democratic Policemen spared by Duterte although they already did something wrong.
