DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENTIAL CONVOY AMBUSHED IN COTABATO PROVINCE

Democratic Presidential Convoy were ambushed and several democratic soldiers died from the Convoy. The Ambush was done by NPA (New People's Army). 

1 Cafgu and 1 Democratic Soldier died and the rest were badly wounded. However there are several cover ups for the actual deaths of those who had been inside the Van. They tried to escape the NPA (New People's Army) checkpoint so they were fired upon. They are entering into the Revolutionary areas. 

The CAFGU tried to escape so he was killed too. 

All their armaments, ammunitions, and guns were confiscated. 1 Democratic Soldier were also arrested and held as POW (Prisoner of War).
