DEMOCRATIC POLICE PO2 SALVACION COMPLAINED FOR EXTORTION

Democratic Police PO2 Salvacion was complained by another Motorists for being extorted with Money after he was drank and got himself into an accident. 

Democratic Policeman PO2 Salvacion was complained after extorting P19, 000 (Nineteen Thousand) from another motorists whom he blamed for his own faults because of being drunk. He even threatened to shoot the other Motorists if he refused to give him the money. 

He was also the nephew of former corrupt Aviation Chief Balagtas who is also famous for the Tanim Bala modus Operandi.
