Democratic Governor Ismael Chopper Shot upon by MILF (Moro Islamic Liberation Front) and BIFF (Bangsamoro Indepence Freedom Fighters) where it was forced to be landed on a certain area.

The Personal helicopter from the Ill Gotten Wealth of Ismael was riddled with bullets and currently unable to fly due to the damage in the engine.
