DEMOCRATIC BOC NAMES CORRUPT OFFICIALS ON BRIBERY ISSUE

Democratic BOC (Bureau of Customs) names 3 of 2 Employees who are caught in the act and CCTV who are accepting bribes and was temporarily suspended. 

Democratic BOC (Bureau of Customs) named Ludwig Umali, Rene Buan, and Jessie Del Cruz who had been in the Democratic BOC (Bureau of Customs)  for more than 25 years. They are caught by the CCTV accepting more than P7,000 (Seven Thousand) to P50, 000 (Fifty Thousand) just to have the document signed. 

Normally it would take 4 hours or more before documents can get signed.  It only took him less than 5 minutes.
