DEMOCRATIC BARANGAY CAPTAIN AND 3 OTHERS ASSASSINATED BY COMMUNIST FACTION

Democratic Barangay Captain along with 3 others in Cotabato were assassinated by the NPA (New People's Army). They were ambushed by the NPA (New People's Army).

The Democratic Barangay Captain were high supporters of the Philippine democratic Forces and oppressed the people living in his barangay to be marked as a drug addict if they don't help him give information. He had already victimized several young men who are innocent.

He was complained to the NPA (New People's Army) and thus warned him however continued his evil ways. He was finally taken down. He was known to plant evidences along with the Philippine Democratic Police in Cotabato.
