CONVOY OF DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT FORCES IN LANAO DEL SUR AMBUSHED BY NPA

A Convoy of Relief Goods, and Democratic Government Forces Soldiers had been ambushed by the NPA (New People's Army) where several Democratic Soldiers were killed and the relief goods that is to be travelled to Marawi confiscated. 

This is the peace corridor that was being negotiated by the Democratic Government and the MILF (Moro Islamic Liberation Front). The Relief goods were confiscated by the NPA (New People's Army) and left several Democratic Soldiers dead. 

Their arms, ammunition, and others were also confiscated by the NPA (New People's Army).
