MARCOS TOWN DEMOCRATIC MAYOR ASSASSINATED BY COMMUNIST FACTION

A Democratic Mayor in Ilocos Norte was assassinated while inspecting a project he is doing in Ilocos Norte. The Democratic Mayor were ambushed along the way and thus killing both of them. 

He and his security were immediately killed but from the Ambush. They went to see the waterway project he had done near Marcos town. Marcos town Democratic Mayor Arsenio Agustin was the democratic mayor who is assassinated by the Reds.
