This is another series of harrassment done by the Philippine Democratic Government to the Chinese Nationals and their businesses here in the Philippines.

Based on the claims of the Philippine Democratic Customs, Mr Liu has no Import Permit. Based on the X ray machine head, they found 3310 Cellphones and Charges on them. Thus giving more alibis just to extort more money and harrass more Chinese.
