CHINA TO BUILD UNDERSEA BASE AND MILITARY RESEARCH BASE ON SOUTH CHINA SEA AND EAST SEA

CPC (Communist Party of China) and PLA (People's Liberation Army) will be building an undersea base and research facilities on the Chinese waters. 

It will be located in the South China Sea and the East Sea. The Facilities will have its own fire own Department, Security, and Research facility.
