PLA NAVY BLOCKS US NAVAL VESSEL IN SOUTH CHINA SEA

PLA (People's Liberation Army) Navy Vessels had successfully blocked and stowed away a US Naval Vessel in South China Sea near Chinese Island. 

Chinese PLA (People's LIberation Army) Naval Vessel Liao Zhou, and Lu Zhou had successfully stowed off the US Naval Vessel USS Dewey. It attempted to cross into the South China Sea without asking permission from the Chinese Government.
