Democratic NGCP (National Grid Corporation of the Philippines) had secret deals with Capitalist Firms like Globe and Smart over Internet Fiber Optics. The Anomaly was released through the media press in the Philippines.

Democratic NGCP (National Grid Corporation of the Philippines) who is also responsible for making Philippine Electricity one of the most expensive in all over the World was also directly involved in the secret deals with Globe, Sun, PLDT and Smart.

This is also one of the reasons why Internet in the Philippines was one of the most expensive and yet the slowest among the rest of the world.
