Comrade Armando Teng is an Overseas Born Chinese who had Chinese Parents in the Philippine Archipelago. He joined and served the CPP (Communist Party of the Philippines) without any doubts to his loyalty to the Communist Movement. He dedicated his life and efforts on fighting the democratic Government and their evil grips and choke from the Filipino People and fellow overseas Chinese just feed on their (Democratic Officials) extravagant, luxurious lifestyle. 

The Democratic Officials had been living like lords in a feudal society and the Filipino masses along with the Overseas Born Chinese are like serfs on their Self aimed Luxurious Lifestyle, mistresses, and even just to live like kings.
