NOTORIOUS ROBBER KILLED IN MANDALUYONG CITY

A Notorious Robber was assassinated and killed in Mandaluyong City after being taken for medical check up in the NCR (National Capital Region).

The known Notorious Robber Elvis Buragay 24 years old who had numerous cases of Robbery and theft. He had already in and out of the Prison. He was assassinated in Martinez Street past 7 pm. 3 armed Vigilantes blocked their paths and finally taken down the Notorious Suspects.
