DEMOCRATIC POLICE OFFICIAL ARRESTED AND POSITIVE FOR DRUGS

Democratic Police Super Intendent Cabamongan was caught red handed and arrested for Illegal possession of drugs, abuse of authority, and Positive on Drugs. 

He was also one of the democratic policeman who is getting free service using his uniform on the Establishments and other places. He was also positive on drugs after being mared and tested on Camp Crame. He was arrested in Las Pinas. He is also with the rank of Colonel.
