DEMOCRATIC PHILIPPINE COAST GUARD AND WIFE KILLED IN TONDO MANILA BY COMMUNIST FACTION

Another Democratic Forces Commander in Albay who is currently in Tondo Manila was assassinated and died immediately. 

He was with his wife in his Ill Gotten wealth expensive Pick up truck in Tondo, Manila NCR (National Capital Region). The Wife died on the hospital after she arrived in the Hospital but the Democratic Forces Coast Guard Commander died. 

They are Democratic Lt Colonel Higban and his wife.
