Taiwan Province National Wu Zhou An was arrested and possible another planting of evidence victim was arrested and apprehended.

Democratic PDEA (Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency) and Democratic Police who loves preying on Chinese Nationals due to their knowledge of able to milk money from them are one of their favorite Targets of Planting of evidence.

Wu Zhou An is now 79 Years Old and currently held by Democratic PDEA.
