Japanese Government buys English Database to create black Propaganda against China and it has a mountainful of evidence. It was used by the Japanese Government and Military for a Black Propaganda against China.

It was purchased at the price of 10, 000 Pounds (Ten Thousand) or 12,600 (Twelve Thousand Six Hundred) USD. It was also stated and proven by English Officials.
