COMMUNISM AND SOCIALISM IS THE ANSWER TO THE PROBLEM OF THE PHILIPPINE ARCHIPELAGO

Communism and Socialism is the Answer to the Societal, Economical, and Political Problems in the Philippine Archipelago. Under the Philippine Democratic Government, It had suffered hell and the people suffered more and the Democratic Officials became lords and kings who enjoyed the fruits of labor of the Filipino Masses. 

The Officials under the Philippine Democratic Government including staffs in the Democratic Government agencies are only serving their own personal Interests. This includes Local Democratic Government Officials in the provinces and in the Cities. 

The People's Government 

(Under the CPP/Communist Party of the Philippines)

The Real People's Government is the Communist Government under the CPP (Communist Party of the Philippines). Under the rule of the CPP (COmmunist Party of the Philippines), it will create an orderly society free from Political tensions, free from Religious Illusions, and free from Oppression. Everything will be for the welfare for the people and not for the welfare of the ruling clans nor officials.

Ceterus Paribus or All Else is equal will be promoted. The Local Commune Communist Government is on the areas controlled by the Communist Party and the NPA (New People's Army).

Male and Female had an equal role in Society and they have the responsibility to become good citizens and bringing up their children and grandchildren to become good Sons and Daughters of the Philippine archipelago. 

The Economic Polices among the Revolutionary Areas

(Under the Revolutionary Towns and Economic Policies)

A. Lowering of Taxes and Removal of Excessive Burden to the Filipino Masses

Under the CPP (Communist Party of the Philippines), there will be a great removal of Taxes imposed by the Philippine Democratic Government in the said areas. The Specific Taxes are the following: 

1. Income Taxes ( Temporarily Remove)

2. Witholding Taxes ( Permanently Remove)

3. Stamp Taxes ( Permanently Remove)

4. Inheritance Taxes ( Permanently Remove)

5. Sin Taxes ( Permanently Remove)

6. VAT/ Value Added Tax (Permanently Remove)

7. Capital Gain Tax (Permanently Remove)

8. Excise Tax (Permanently Remove)

The CPP-NPA (Communist Party of the Philippines-New People's Army) will also be lowering the taxes to be imposed on the revolutionary areas. They are the following: 

1. Property Tax (Will be reduced by 70% from the Original Amount given by the Democratic Government who once Control the areas)

2. Travel Tax (Will be collected from the Passersby who doesn't belong to the Revolutionary Towns and Areas who travels along the roads and routes passing through the Revolutionary Areas controlled by the Communist Party and Communist armed wing)

3. All Exisiting loans and Debts (Whether that be to the Landlord or to anyone) will be reduced by 50% from the total amount needed to be paid. 

The Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) Representatives and the NPA (New People's Army)

will be responsible for the Collection of taxes and the removal taxes in the revolutionary areas. Taxes will be paid on the Commune Halls to be setup by the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) and NPA (New People's Army). 

B. The Confiscation of Properties of Religious Organizations and Capitalist Firms

All Capitalist Firms including Meralco, other Companies that is linked and operating in Democratic Areas will be confiscated and closed down by order of Red Justice. Religious Institutions along with their place of worship will also be confiscated and closed down. Their properties will be distributed evenly at to the turned to Public Property. 

This is applicable in all areas in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. 

Crimes that Should Not be Committed 

(On Revolutionary Areas)

To Avoid anything that is offensive and intrusion of the Philippine Democratic Government into revolutionary Areas, the People will be issued with Identification and registered to the Commune System Local Communist Government. 

Without any papers from the Local Communist Government you are considered outsider and requires permission from the Commune Local Communist Government. 

1. Theft/Robbery

2. Rape 

3. Extortion 

4. Prostitution 

5. Democratic Election and Campaigning Activities

6. Religious Activities (Roman Catholic or Born Again Christian)

7. Tresspassing (For Pro Democratic Media like GMA, ABS CBN, ABC5, Inquirer and others)

8. Gambling (In all forms)

9. Human Trafficking 

10. Drug trafficking

For Democratic Officials from the Philippine Democratic Government they will become an POW (Prisoner of War) once they have intruded into Revolutionary Area. For Democratic Forces and Policemen they will be stopped and forcibly entering be killed or act as POW (Prisoner of War). 

This is applicable on all areas on Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
