DEMOCRATIC POLICEMAN ASSASSINATED IN QUEZON CITY NCR

A Democratic Policeman wanted for becoming a ninja cop and planting of evidences in previous cases had been assassinated by the Communist Faction in Quezon City. He had been victimizing many Chinese Businessmen during the high time of his service. 

He also extorted money from them. 

He got away with his sins by being reassigned and being demoted in the Democratic Police service. He may have eluded Democratic Justice But he hadn't got away with Communist Justice where he cannot escape his sins. He finally taken down by the Communist Faction to end his terror and bring justice to his victims. 

Democratic Police IAS (Internal Affairs Service) spared him and only reassigned him. They covered his sins for him.
