CHINA HAVE THE RIGHT TO DRIVE AWAY FOREIGN SHIPS FROM CHINESE WATERS

CPC (Communist Party of China) and PLA (People's LIberation Army) had changed and

intensified its patrol and protection of the Foreign Ships entering into Chinese Waters. 

The Following rules implemented by the PLA (People's Liberation are the following: 

1. Without the Permission of the Chinese Government, Foreign Ships cannot enter into Chinese waters. 

2. Without the Permission of the Chinese Government, foerign Ships cannot dock into any Chinese Ports and Internal Waters. 

3. Any Ships who will be entering into the Chinese without any Permission from the PLA (People's |LIberation Army), they can be fined from USD$300,000 to USD$500,000. They will not be released without the fine paid. 

4. When Military Ships belonging to the Foreign nation is entering into port, it will be escorted by the Chinese Naval Ships for Security.
