SHEN JIN LONG AS THE NEW COMMANDER OF PLA NAVY

The CPC (Communist Party of China) and the PLA (People's Liberation Army) had given a new rank for Shen Jin Long as the New Commander of the PLA (People's Liberation Army) Navy Commander.

He appointed by the Central Committee of CPC (Communist Party of China) and PLA (People's Liberation Army). He is now the commander of all Naval Fleets belonging to Chinese Navy.
