MERKEL VS MARTIN SCHULZ IN EU

EU (European Union) is now fighting between Germany and France for its leadership. Merkel is from Germany and served as Chancellor of Germany and Martin Shulz is from France formerly head of EU (European Union). 

They are now fighting for the leader ship in EU (European Union) both had already courted China's Communist Party of China (CPC) for its support. Who will win?
