CALAMBA DEMOCRATIC POLICEMAN RAPES WOMAN IN HIS CAR

A Calamba Democratic Policeman rapes a woman he forcefully pulled in from the street while waiting for her husband in Calamba. 

Inspector Aaron Cabillan the prime Suspect in the Calamba Rape in the parking lot in front of the Calamba Democratic City Hall. The woman was able to call for help and escape and his fellow Democratic Policeman disarmed him and handcuffed him. 

The Victim was just waiting for her husband when Aaron Cabillan pulled her forcibly inside his car.
