ANOTHER KIDNAPPING INCIDENT HAPPENS IN SOUTHERN PART OF THE PHILIPPINE ARCHIPELAGO

Another Kidnapping Incident occured in the seas surrounding Sulu, Basilan and Zamboanga Province. This time it is a Vietnamese Shipping Vessel that had been attacked. 

1 dead and 7 Kidnapped brought back to Sulu, Basilan, and nearby Islands. The Area had been knwon already to become Pirate Lair where Muslim Extremists IS (US Made Terrorist) had been lurking and victimizing people.
