LIU GUO ZHONG AS JI LIN PROVINCE GOVERNOR

CPC (Communist Party of China) had proclaimed that Liu Guo Zhong as the Provincial Governor of Ji Lin Province in China. He was appointed by the entire body of the CPC (Communist Party of China). 

He was born in 1962 in Hei Long Jiang Province and in 1982 he worked in Harbin City in Northeastern China. IN February 2016, he was serving as Governor of Sichuan Province in Southwest China. 

He was appointed in December of 2016 as Governor of Ji Lin Province in Northeastern China.
