COMRADE WANG YONG KANG AS XI AN CITY SECRETARIAT

CPC (Communist Party of China) has chosen and elected Comrade Wang Yong Kang as the New Secretariat of Xi An City in China. He was appointed by the CPC (Communist Party of China) body.

He was born in 1963 in the month of November in Hubei province Wu Han and in 1984 in the Moth of July joined as a member of the CPC (Communist Party of China). 1985 he went to work for the CPC (Communist Party of China) in Harbin University.

In 2016 he became Zhe Jiang Province overall Commander of the PLA (People's Liberation Army).
