KIDNAP AND EXTORTION CASES ON THE RISE

More Foolishness done by "Ninja Policemen" this time they have shifted from Drug trade to Kidnapping CHinese Businessmen. The Crime is personally done by the Democratic Policemen themselves. 

They would show fake Search Warrant and Warrant of Arrests and drag the kidnap victim out. They would circle around a small area and ask for money. They would let victims touch drug sachets from their pockets and picture it. Threatening and blackmailing they will release it and tag them as drug lord. 

Some are kidnap for ransom. The sad part the perpetrators here are Democratic Policemen and retired policemen from the Democratic Service. Their main target are Chinese Businessmen and their families.
