DUTERTE HANGS PAINTING OF FILIPINO FISHERMEN IN MALACANANG

Democratic President Duterte hanged the Painting of himself drawn by a Filipno Fishermen in Malacanang as a simple gift to him.

He even gave a thumbs up sign while hand shaking the young fisherman's hand in front of the media. The painting was also behind the background.
