The Decision of Democratic Ombudsman Carpio Morales over the removal of Democratic Senator Villanueva is just for show. She wants to cover up her biases over the Yellow Democratic Officials and officials she can benefit from like Binays.

There had been Decision from the Democratic Ombudsman to remove him as a Democratic Senator over his PDAF as Democratic Official. But in reality although true Villanueva is guilty over stealing the People's money this is just for show to cover her biases over Yellow Democratic Officials.
