DUTERTE PLANS TO CHANGE FORIEGN POLICY OF THE PHILIPPINES

Democratic President Duterte had been starting to change Democratic Philippine policy to an Independent Foreign Policy from US and Western nations. He is now shifting the foreign Policy of the Democratic Philippines to China and Russia. 

 Duterte had mared US and EU (European Union) for a number of times and had been planning and shifting the Policy to the East instead of Western countries. He had eyes for China and Russia. Despite the objections from US Puppet Democratic Officials like Democratic Liberal Party Leni Robredo,, and others in the Philippines, he continues to shift his attention and move to China and Russia. 

He is efforting to remove the Philippines from the Shackles of the Imperial United States. Give Philippine an Independence to course its own destiny. He even marred US Ambassador to the Philippines as "Gay" and marred Obama as "He can go to hell" )along with US.
