DUTERTE ORDERS TO SEE AND RESTUDY  OF EDCA

Democratic President Duterte had ordered to restudy of EDCA which was entered by the Former Democratic President Noynoy and the US Government. 

EDCA is an unfair deal where Philippines is to allow Americans to have bases in the Filipino Soil. The Deal was now orderd by Duterte to be restudy and then made as void. US had already placed secret bases and others for their use.
