Another Drug Suspect went down floating in the Pasig River with Carton on his Body Naming "Pusher Holdaper Ako Wag Tularan" in English Translation "I am a Drug Dealer and a Robber. Don't Follow my Path".

He is the Nth bad Element of Community Summarily Executed by Vigilantes and thus being thrown into the Pasig River in Metro Manila.
