10 Water Execs working during the Abnormal Noynoy Administration faces Charges of Malversation over anomalies over the Services and Funds. They have an unexplained and obvious ill gotten wealth that is way beyond their salaries.

However many Filipinos just Arroyo will be freed because of the worst and bad Justice System under the Philippine democratic Government. They are still facing charges but believed only a matter of time for the Democratic court to use the alibi of not enough evidence to let them go.
