2 Former Law Deans are in Cahoots and Collaboration with BInay's Foolishness and Cover ups. They are suspectedly paid or directly involved with Binay's Sins against the Filipino People. Using their background to protect and let a Demon like Binay run from his crimes and sins. 

The 2 Former Deans are suspected of collaboration and being paid by Binay. Their names are Amado Valdez of UE (University of the East) and Pacifico Agabin of UP (University of the Philippines). Either in Cahoots or paid by the Binay Camp. 

Amado Valdez is also linked to Former Justice Corona.
