PFIZER AND ALLEGRAN TO MERGE FOR TAX MERGE WORTH 160 BILLION DOLLARS

A US Pharmaceutical Company Pfizer and Irish Pharmaceutical Company Allegran had made a tax merge worth 160 Billion Dollars. 

Allegran Share holders will have 11.3 Shares and Pfizer Share holders will have one share of the combined company for each company. Pfizer will have its executive office in Ireland and headquarters in New York. 

Allergan Irish Domicile expects a lower tax.
